Morning~~just realized I have to pay more tax after moving to PA. Now I am a PA non resident so do not need to pay both NJ state and PA state tax. After moving , 3.07% state tax will need to be paid , plus Philly city tax 3/5% need to be paid as well.....plus $70-90 more on monthly commute
well well, deduct a Chanel.... .....I usually use bags count for saving, lg use apple count. I told lg I should buy sth before moving......

淡定啦 我还没说ny周边呢 nj好多好学区房子还便宜不少呢比起我这附近一圈哈 我这ct是等于先交了tax都在房价里了。。。总的说来也差不多了 房子还更老呢 ny那边就更不能看了 房价贵 房产税看齐nj 基本没活路了都hehe~~ pat pat~~ at least the property tax in PA is lower... NJ property tax is just crazy!!!
