Just had my doc appointment. I will have 3 more OB visits before the due date. I had the GBS today. And the OB said the baby is head down and will be around 6lb 8 ozs when she is born. So everything seems good except all the weight gain is on ME!!!

Does it hurt for internal check?

36周前看了OB，胎儿在吃手同时还动得欢，头已经往下，医生说已经进入birth canal，还来个内检，说已经有点变薄，痛！！！检查完几个小时后有深色物体排出！

Don't worry, it's not accurate. When I had my daughter, my ob told me that she would be a little over 6 pounds, but she turned out to be 7lb 12oz,:-)

Don't worry about the weight gain, you can easily shake it off especially if you plan to do breast feeding.

如果有漏水状况，自己不确定是不是羊水的话最好给OB打个电话。去诊所拿专门的试纸做个测试非常简单。破了羊水娃容易感染，还是谨慎些好。

悲催的抽筋被醒过来了。。。

昨天喝了2大杯牛奶，2更香蕉，2盒子酸奶，+cheese条。还是抽筋了。。疼死我了。。

看来小娃需要钙的力度增加了！

好像这次的deal买pampers的diaper还不错，20％off还有2刀的coupon，算下来比amazon的subscribe还便宜些。不过算不上什么惊天大deal，以后应该还有。记得上次全场20％ off跟这次间隔时间也不久。

drugstore 20%要code么？还是要link？
