我根本没控制。我特别羡慕吃啥都香的。我不行，还在努力吃全麦面包，保证不难受。而且，从来不觉得饿，吃两口都饱了。

喝牛奶也会难受。之前脚抽筋，有个MM说喝牛奶有帮助，我就硬着头皮喝了，确实有帮助。

我第一次见ob，就发了医院 pre-register 的表格了。我拖了一阵子再寄出去的。ped 还没找好，很头疼，大家说说是找家附近的ped 好，还是工作附近的ped 好？

我的是说喝完后一小时内不能吃，不能喝。之前几小时之内不能吃带糖的东西和饮料。
