对了，jms，虾皮能吃吧？我挺喜欢吃虾皮，特别是炒鸡蛋的时候忘里面倒点虾皮一起炒，甭提有多香了。虾皮就是从中国超市买得干虾皮。我做汤的时候也喜欢往汤里扔一些。据说补钙，但是就是不知道会不会含汞啊，或者加工不好什么的~

虾是怀孕时候推荐吃的，我想虾皮也一样吧。而且mm每次吃的量不会很大，应该没关系的。羡慕mm的好胃口啊.....

选两个不同的医院，是不是到时候也不一定是平时看的医生来接生啊？

我选的在pasadena的visit office是不负责生产的。我的ob是属于sunset那个医院的ob
她2天在pasadena做门诊，3天在sunset负责手术和接生。
等我生产的时候，她不确定在不在医院。kaiser的都是这样不能保证自己的ob来接生。
但是，我的所有病例和资料，从第一次抽血开始，都保存在sunset。到时候其他医生也可以查到。

I am in my 8 weeks pregnancy. I found my ear temperature is between 99F to 99.5F since this Monday. I didn't take temperatures recently, so I have no idea if the temperature is OK for a early pregnant woman. JMs, is the temperature 99s seems normal to you? What is your temperature? Thanks for any information. I am so worried about my baby.

怀孕头三个月基础体温都会偏高一点（大约98.5-99.5 口腔），耳温和口腔温度差不多，可能略高，所以mm的温度范围还是属于正常的。不要担心。

今天去看了学校的家庭医生，说只要最近没碰猫就不用担心弓形虫的问题。然后我说我有直肠炎，痔疮，便血半年多，让我帮我测一下我需不需要补充铁。她给我测了一下，好像是测得红血球啥的，11.7。好像正常值是12。她给我开了一盒铁片让我回来吃，说我的比正常值略低一点点。lg说在看ob前要不还是先别吃了，我也不知道要不要吃了……那个铁片含量是65mg。

我的化验单上有hemoglobin (血色素）正常120-160g/L，我的是138

我也不知道呢。因为我找校医的目的就是想知道要不要补铁。然后医生就从我手指头取了几滴血去化验，然后过了一会就进来说，你的是11.7，正常最低值应该是12。也没说啥项目，说有那么一点低。我估计是测RBC？可能单位不一样？我也不是很清楚……

my base body temp has been around 98.5 ever since I am pregnant. Everyone is different. This is considered as high temp for me. I am two weeks away from the 12th week, so I am expecting the temp will stay until then.

我的是一直在37.3，腋窝的。口腔的应该还会高些，和你差不多……

问问大家，是不是上厕所bb的时候要特别小心不要用力啊？我刚才在mit上看到一个mm说bb的时候用了些力，后来就出了一些血。搞得我特紧张。以后上厕所还不敢用力了……

it is still early. when you get to the end of the pregnancy, you may not want to push too hard when you have BM.

ah... i don't test my temperature anymore since i know i got pregnancy.. do we need to track the temperature often?

我也是有点担心这个问题

因为我一直bb的时候都习惯用手压着肚子用力的

但是一直也没啥出血的情况发生
