1-3很好看，从4开始就下坡了，跟凑数似的。

h好看的啊，反正我喜欢。
电影确实没有书好看，普遍现象啦，好几部都是后半部开始精彩，前面又啰嗦又交代不清

不过我觉得这最后一部还行。差不多最好的了。前面也许因为书太好了，然后电影跟书比太差了。尤其是四，拍的那是什么啊。

还有个问题，我可不可以有两个REALTOR？因为发现一个对CONDO比较熟悉，一个对HOUSE比较熟悉。我们一直和两个保持联系，没有签过任何合同。因为现在下了个OFFER，不知道还能不能去找另一个。

The Sellers are firm on their counter offer XX. Here is what they said
about the appliances

Counter of $XX

The refrigerator is ours and we are happy to leave it there. We also left a washer and dryer in the unit but believe the tenants brought in a set of their own and put those in the garage. Our washer and dryer should be in the laundry room upstairs. We are happy to leave those as well.

If they agree to the counter, we are good to go.

I probably mentioned to you before that this is a community that you can't look at a home and think about it for more than a couple of days--or you will be scooped by someone else. You have to be resolved to buy when you see that the house is the one that you want. If you wait, someone else will probably beat you to it or you will get into multiple bids (unless the home is priced over market and the seller is unwilling to sell at market price). I have written one contract in Forest Oaks already this week for another investor and friend of mine. It is just that kind of community.

不知道啊，你事先有没有看看这个区的房子一般是多久卖出，什么价钱卖出？county都能查到的。
