杜马的小女儿简直就是个微型杜马，连表情都很像～贝勒爷是帅呆了，简直就是大妈杀手

 

这个星期忙死了，aiden5月份也要走向社会了我在忙着张罗他的下家，经过数轮面试跟考察，我可能会把他送到家附近的home care。我也要换工作了，offer已经拿到，这两天正在neogiate新东家的benefits。

Security / Children are supervised by sight and sound at all times

Plenty of play equipment

equipment is appropriate for that age and development

Children are closely supervised when climbing, playing dangerours toys ( blocks)

Food handles are clearly separate from toilets and diaper-changing areas

Handwashing sinks are available

handwash requirement for staff and children

Potty Chaire should be avoided because they increase risk of spreading germs…

Nap time

First Aid adminstration/handling

Are there opportunties to play both quitely and actively, indoors and out? To paly both alone and in groups?

Clean cribs and linens for each baby? WATCH IF THEY CLEAN TOYS OFTEN DURING VISITS

experiences dealing with 2nd language children? Yearly Calendar (WHAT DAYS SCHOOL IS CLOSED), HOLIDAY RULES LATE PICKUP FINE VACATION DISCOUNT ( IF YOU GO ON A VACATION, ANY TUITION DISCOUNT)     Be concerned if the care center doesn't require preventive health care records
