Yes indeed I should say sorry to her. I apologize for letting her receive a bag whose quality is lower than her expectation. I apologize for wasting her time to start a post online and argue her money back. I appreciate her assistance for throwing out the bag or me.
Also, I just refunded the money to her. Check the original payment and it has already been refunded.
