我比较肯定，你把dispute省级成claim,paypal随便调查几天就会把钱退给你了。

你记得在claim里强调一下，可以提供evidence，照片很全，可以证明卖家的东西有瑕疵。
我以前遇到过无良卖家好几个，都claim回来了。 [em25]

这年头，骗子可真嚣张。

如果这位卖家看见这帖子，我劝你还是赶紧道歉退款吧。否则，paypal调查最后肯定是会让买家把东西推给卖家，然后提供delevary confirmation,然后自动退钱。
麦加随便给卖家寄陀便便paypal都会退钱。到时候赔了夫人又折兵，还臭名远扬，真是划不来！！

也请卖家出来说明您是用何种方式，什么时间退钱的，买家大约什么时候能收到钱。

如果一开始就把话说明白，也就不会招致板上那么多人的质疑。
