I know that I am new here and This is my first experience to buy stuff here although I registered here for some time.

I agree with you that the seller has the right to choose the buyer. but she already chose me as a buyer although I am new here. this is the point.

I asked her whether it was still available, she said "yes" and asked me to pay to her paypal account. This means that she already agreed with this exchange and that she approved the contract.

if she wanted to sell it to other MM, she shouldn't have asked me to pay her. THis is the point. I spent time and energy following her messages and checking with her. I don't want to spend time or energy in trying to things I can never buy.

I don't want to continue this,but just want to give JJMM some advice to be thoughtful.

I accept her apology but also want to share this experience with other JJMM. Sorry that I didn't use Chinese since my office computer doesn't have Chinese version.

这件事卖主mm做得确实有点欠妥。且不说同时跟三个mm说yes并把paypal同时发给三个人对不对，在收到第一个mm付款以后总该告诉其她两个mm衣服已经转出去了不要再付款了罢。这等了两天才给先付款的mm（？）退款，时间长了点。当然要是这两天卖主mm都没空check email，当我没说

但是都给paypal有点不妥吧．

其实玫瑰mm真的是很nice的人的

要在换版混久了就会经常遇到排不上的情况，一开始觉得很郁闷，后来就很无所谓了，当省钱咯，呵呵
