我今天想了半天该怎么回复LZ，LZ投诉我我应该生气对不？可是我现在气不起来了，因为如果你工作了很久，明白很多人情世故后，你就会清楚什么事情都生气的话那早被气死了。

我也检讨了下，我应该在发现LZ没留地址后不停地狂轰乱炸LZ，在LZ可能会注意到的地方，比如Email，比如paypal信息。。。。。。。留言再留言，而不是只想到huaren的论坛短信，这方面我向LZ道歉。

我回忆了半天和LZ交易的全过程，这挺难的，LZ从我这里买的CM闪闪裤，同时也有不少JM买，那段时间我天天跑邮局（就算现在也是），当天寄出的东西我会晚上开paypal收款通知，上班的时候再怎么也不敢明目张胆check，弄得有时候有JM问我寄出了么，我就想当然地回答寄出了，其实有些JM是夜里或者早上付款，我还没来得及查paypal却以为是昨天已经付款的，因为大家的id实在是太多太不好记了，如果LZ也是我不注意回答已经寄出了，我再次表达歉意。但是，我确定在发现paypal信息里没地址后就用huaren的论坛短信通知了LZ。

现在的问题是:LZ要还是不要那条裤子？如果要，请提供地址，我马上寄给你；如果不要，我马上退款给你。但这些的前提是请你先撤销在paypal里对我的投诉，我不想因此影响到我的credit。

我非常理解LZ没收到东西时的沮丧心情，换作我也是一样，但我会寻求正常的渠道，never lose common sense。最后提醒LZmm，如果不能用最大的善意对待别人，也不要用最大的恶意揣测别人。
