发了简历后,收到信询问,是否授权在这合法工作,
我现在是f1,年底毕业,怎么回答?

可以申请CPT啊，就合法了；毕业了就OPT，也是合法

there is only one sentence that are authorized to work in the US?

I only answer yes?is it too simple?

but I don't want to explain to much,it will confuse the human resource.

but I have one year opt,it is ture!

I also can pay the money for my H1b.

说yes并没有撒谎呀。但是你可以解释一下你有一年OPT，将来需要他们的sponsorship。

如果公司以前办过H1的话，实话实说应该没有什么问题。你可以查的。
