How correlated are employee's salary and the importance of his/her position ? Is it like that two persons will have quite different salaries even if they have the similar qualifications?
Or with the similar qualifications and background, two person's position titles are the same, but the salary is way way different. Does that mean the person with a much higher salary is more important figure in the company?
