master毕业之后就在一家公司说实习，说好可以留下的，公司也觉得我做的不错，快2个月了，想想应该给我正是的Offer，也可以让我申请H1B，再不申也来不及了，哎，没想到，头居然跟我说没有Opening的职位

感觉他们就是雇了一个廉价的劳动力帮他们做事，现在事情快作完了，他们觉得也没有必要留我了。

Do you still have opt? Start looking around right away. Ask your lead/manager to give you written reference letter at least.

If you can have a good reference, it will be very helpful.

Dear, the most important thing at this moment is to talk to you manager/supervisor and coworkers for suggestions....They will understand your situation and may give you some valuable info of other companies in your field, plus, they can be your strong references.

For reference, besides manager, a peer's reference is useful too.

楼上的mm说得对，mm根周围的mgr,同事谈谈，他们如果肯帮你推荐，会很有用的。另外的问题就是想办法keep opt或者其他身份了。
