我们试过了，单位不肯。

也就是说到时他不会和外面的律师合作。

如果你得lg工作很重要，不可缺少，那么我想公司不会因为你走了，就不给你lg伴侣卡的，因为没有人说过双职工才给办吧。如果你不在这个公司了，关键是要让你lg look nice,就是让别人觉得这是你的个人选择，而不是与泥劳工合谋的。

其实从分担风险上看，两个人工作不一样当然更好了。而单就办绿卡的时间长短来看，也不一定能快多少。如果你去读博士，也会要几年把加上申请的时间。如果换个工作，加上环工作的时间，加上在新单位人家试用你的时间，也不短了。

如果还有别的因素，比如喜欢做研究，喜欢做博士，或者想换个工作，就要另加考虑了。

magicflute mm的话大概也是我想说的。你想好了吗？如果为了绿卡，换个环境也一样多少 有些耽误。或者lzmm就是单纯觉得这个公司没意思，那就不妨先发简历换工作试试看，作了再去决定，拿到新的offer再决定走不走。

Your situation probably is not as bad as your LG thinks. Try to find out the real reason that he is not happy, he might not like the job itself. If he is just bored, you guys can travel more often la. Have a baby may be a good idea too.

Also I heard you can pay $1000 to rush up green card process. And a lot of friends obtained GC without company's support.

MM should try to find some friends for yourself and your LG. Later when you have babies, you would wish you had cherished more of this period of time in your life. We travelled a lot, went to all kinds of fancy dinners and I was on the phone for hours being friends' relationship consultant...... Each stage of your life is unique and has its pros and cons......

其实这也是我想的。但主要是我们的GC太慢了。而且两个人都在耗H1. 照现在发展进度看，我们的那一类的确takes time 阿。

其实这个工作我觉得不错，自己接触到很多东西， manager给了很大的空间。就是这里工作相对松散，节奏慢了点。

平时除了同事，接触到的人少，更别说中国人了。每天跟lg一起上下班，周围就这么几个人，boring 是难免的。

lg是个很喜欢social的，这种life style对他是受不了的，会抱怨的。我呢，脾气有点大，几句不合，就fire up了。

我知道这样不好，可每次总会忍不住。因为有时觉得他真得有一点过分那

GC can be speed up, but its just for speeding up processing time. The waiting time will not change at all, which means the priority date will not change as well. It sounds confunsion.

You are right. Finding more friends will be good idea. However, we got so little chinese people here. And since a lot of my friends had babies, they are so busy and I dont want to bother them la. This is also the reason I want to pregant.

I can tell mm is a extrevert. And I am kinda of introverted. But I am really appericate your suggestion. Try to be happy!!!

From what I know, the company is not going to make your lg sweat out if you leave.

Just give a polite reason if you want to, never be rude. People will understand.A lot of companies even like re-hires. Not a problem at all. 

我怎么觉得楼主的生活挺好的呢，工作稳定，单位也给办绿卡，虽然慢迟早也是能办下来的。其实你想想没有绿卡换个地方又能好到哪里去，绿卡还要从头开始办。楼主知足吧，所谓知足常乐，也许你们两个转换一下心态，也就不会吵架了。
