H1B premium processing with another $190?

我在学校工作，转身分来不及了，就要递Premium Process。老板同意出1000刀的加急费，秘书今天告诉我我自己还要出190刀。我搞不清加急了还要出这个190刀吗？是该由我出吗？谢谢。

190刀是i-129 fee，都要交的，另外还有$500刀的fraud prevention. 这个理论上都应该用人单位出，但是如果他们不给出你也没办法，那就只好自己出。
