明天的电话里谈些啥

今天收到email offer,说是明天会CALL我。我该在这个时候negotiate salary和其他吗？还是说要等看到正式的offer letter后再回复。如果对方直接提出来呢？比如说我们给你多少工资，你觉得怎么样？明天的电话可能会谈些啥一般？谢谢了。

you can do salary negotiate right away or until you get the official offer letter...

my case: I did not negotiate when I received the phone, because I felt it was fine, after I got the letter, wait for several days, I thought it would not hurt if I ask, so I sent email to HR, and then they raise my salary....
