I just got an offer from a big company which sponsers H-1B visa application. But they are so slow and I am not allowed to hire my own lawyer to do it. Anyone has the similar situation? Do JMs here start applying for H-1B after you get your offer and before you start work? Thank you!

I did, so did most of my friends. No need to worry about it if the company already strarted processing it.
