I am going to get an interview soon for a Venture capital company. I am doing my MBA now but didnot quite cover this specific topic. I am in China and went out to bookstores trying to find some books. Too bad, i didnot find any of those.

so please help me if you happen to know some online version of the book or papers about venture capital. I want some easy (not so complex) and practical material for the interview.

depending on what position you are applying for, I guess that you need to have good communication and writing skills. good relationship managemnet skills is also a plus. Start up working experience will help, too. Good luck!
