北美是否有规定公司裁员后,若要再招人得优先从被裁掉得里面选?还是可以重新选一个新人?
从来没有听说过这样的规矩.
当然也许有的公司是这样也未可知.
中国的劳动法是这样规定的,经济性裁员后六个月内,要录用人员的,应当从被减裁人员中优先录取。
考虑到中国的劳动法不少是从其他国家借鉴过来的,希望美国也应该有这样的规定。
Normally if you are the former employee from the company, they prefer to bring you back since they kept your performance and record in HR Dept. It does happen in Intel. I know one of co-worker got re-hired after laid off.
