听起来不太对，　正儿八经的公司肯定不会要你自己出钱去ＴＲＡＩＮＩＮＧ　　而且ＯＦＦＥＲ也给得太快了。

是啊，我也觉得有点不对劲。不过看这个公司的网页还可以。刚才打了电话过去，他们说training fee公司出，但是h1b application fee ($3000)要自己出，去training 的时候就要交。jms觉得这个offer值得一试吗？

MITBBS上有过这种公司的不少讨论，如果你OPT快过期了，或者保持身份有问题，可以试一试。basically,他们就是廉价剥削你，你算他们的人，但给别的公司干活，一般都是contract的活，他们从中抽部分工资，他们给你办H1.

exactly.and you probably have to move from city to city once in a while.just as i say,as long as you still have time and hope,donot try this kind of companies.this company is in new jersey,right?if you are local,then probably you can visit them to take a look.if not local,probably it is not worthwhile.
