我最近在和head hunter 联系，但是一听他们会拿10-20% annual salary,就觉得不是很爽。 我工科的，工资本来就少。要是被这样一瓜分了，就没有了。 而且我还要自己出机票去面世。

我用recruiter的唯一理由是我不在local,想他们对当地了解多些。

姐妹们怎么看这个的？

PS，在一个地方呆久了，就有惰性。比如现在，虽然想换地方，但是怕也不是很合适。对这个，JMS也发表下意见吧。

任何一家这种公司都会收取费用的

如果只是拿一年的话，也很正常

不然就只有自己找了

这钱应该是录用你的公司付的，所以recruiter也会很卖力的帮你negotiate薪水。另外travel expenses也应该是你面世的公司付的呀。

it's not from your salary, but from the company

Yes, the recruiters get paid by the company. But if the company is willing to pay $80k to me, it will have to pay a good deal to the recruiter as well.

I was told that I would get reimbursed by the company by which I was hired.
