虽然各个职务的职责不同,但要求的背景是基本一样的,所以我觉得一个人Fit多个职位是很正常的
For me there is definately difference. I have went for an interview before Chrismas but did not get it. Then they have a seminar at our University. I had an great conversation with a hiring manager. He asked to have my CV and said he will set up an interview next week. Then I was so stupid to tell him that I had been there for a position in another department. Guess what, he never called me back for the interview.
很多公司会保留record up to half year or one year. If you have interviewed with another department or group with very short time, they may be able to find the record.
If the record is not good, don't mention it. But don't ever lie about it either. If being asked, just tell them you have improved.....
MS是这样的.你面世几个人,但不知道哪个组的人.然后到更好的level面世.拿到offer才确顶去那个组.
如果拿不到offer会给你一个comment.如果是MS no hire, meaning大概一年之内MS都不会给你安排任何interview.不qualify MS标准.
如果是因为职位不幅.可能会有MS hire的comment.但是职位可以换.这种的还有戏.
大公司体系比较复杂的都是这样的.但是你自己并不会知道在哪个level.可以试
