这肯定不是个有利条件，不过也看移民官员怎么审理你的案子。
我有个同学，去了中国公司。那家公司当时已经申请破产了（假的，就是为了逃税），问了律师，律师都不愿意接她这个案子，可她还是递了申请。结果也批了。你要去找经验丰富的律师做，他们应该会有办法帮你的。

我后来打电话问了律师，说不用填net income，只填gross income，说

“Normally a lot of petitioners just insert N/A because they simply don't want to disclose their income to the Immigration. As a general practice, the USCIS is fine with the N/A answer unless they choose to demand more information in this regard.”

不知道是不是个好主意
