This is my first time to file tax form. I am J-2 with EAD. should I only fill in FORM 1040NR? or 1040NR and 1040NR-EZ? No one teaches me this, I have never filed a tax form!

And in 1040NR, there is one "filing status", I don't know if I should check:

1, married resident of Canada or Mexico.

or

2, other married nonresident alien.

I am Chinese citizen, but I am Canadian resident, so I think either two if Ok.

which one is better?
