For the second one, you can raise an example how you pursuade some one in the team with different opinions to agree with you and accomplish the project.

Some points:

You face conflicts in a constructive way; consider all possibilities, value other's opinions; try to present your own idea in a more clear and civilized way to get your points across....

这个问题我已经遇到过好多次了, 我也没查过怎么答就是自己瞎答, 一般就是说根据各个任务的重要性, 难度和deadline等综合考虑

I think that they try to evaluate your problem solving ability. Especially in a stressful or unpleasent situation. I think you need to demonstrate your ability in flexibility, coopration, and team working aspect.
