还有，发给interview我的所有人，还是只发给头头？

就是谢谢他们给你安排这个interview， 对他们公司的印象， 希望能尽快收到答复。。。

一般情况下，礼貌到了就可以了， 除非别人interview时希望你表达什么意愿， 你可以趁机回复。

我发给了所有的人. 有一次忘了拿一些人的名片, 就发给头头让他forward我的感谢to XX,XX,XX.....

It's better to send Thank You letter to everyone who interviewed you, in 24 hours. The purpose is to impress people, and hopefully

helps on their writing a better review on you--that's why sending the letter early the next day is good (when most interviewees send back

their review forms usually).

You can simply write 3-4 sentenses, mentioning some of the things you have talked during the interview.

The content is not very important--no one is going to judge upon 3 sentenses. Just do it to show that

you are a polite person and appreciate others, a type of co-worker everyone prefers to work with.
