怎样提高writing?

我的工作经常需要写Report以及别的文章，每次写完老板过目的时候总能挑出一些小的语法错误，感觉非常frustrated...主要是以前基础没打好，writing太差怎样才能提高呢？大家平时在工作中需要经常写东西吗？分享一下你们的经验好吗？

I do not think small grammar mistakes matters much. Some big cow here have numerous mistakes all over their docs but that does not hurt them being big cows.

For some important reports, you can pay people(high school kids) to proofread for you.
