me: how was the wedding (u attended) ?
boss: oh, it's so odd.
boss: the wedding was at 7 in the night. and the reception was from 8 to 10. no dance. and the food was aweful.
me: really?
boss: they only served cheese and potato. can you believe that?
me: that's very rare.
boss. yes it is unusual. before this wedding, all the wedding i had attended were jewish wedding, and i always had fun. but this one was so weird. i don't think they had spent more than $500 on this wedding.
me: $500 on a wedding is a way too cheap.
boss. yep. they probably cost less then me, for the gift i bought for them and the plan ticket i paid.
me: but at least u've got see u college friends.
boss: that's true. and i had so much fun with them.

Topic 2: Tofu (in a grocery store)
A: Excuse me? (a blond mm holding a box of Tofu before me)
B: yes?
A: Do you know how to cook Tofu?
B: Oh, sure.. You need to cut tofu to samll cubics first.. for later use... cut the green onion to small pieces too..Add some oil into the pan, and you may want add some ground pork and fry it for a while...
A: how long?
B: when the color of the ground pork chenge to white.. . Then you pour your tofu in the pan, add some water.. not too much. You can add some soy sause or wine too, if you have... cook about 5 minutes, don't forget green onion and salt before you are done.

A: Hi, I went to a Indian restaurant last Saturday.

A: Yeah, very much, I like the lamb and Nan.

A: It's made by flour, the waiter give to us before the entree. Just like bread in American Restaurant.
B: Oh, I know, you mean Nan!
A: Yes, it taste delicious.
B: It's very easy to make nan, you just need flour, a little bit salt and oil. You can use oven or pan to make it.
A: I think there should be some baken powder in it too
B: you may add some baken powder if you like, but do not use baken powder with flavors, it is not necessary.
A: Is the flour the regular flour, so I can buy it from supermarket?
B: en...I usually buy the flour from *** grocery, it is a special wheat flour, you can get lots of india things here. But I think regular flour is ok. If you like, I can show you how to make nan some day.
