If I were you, I would try to find another job that might get some of your needs met, like GC. It is very freaky that they ask you to sign such a contract before they do your green card petition.

Some of my friends including my lg and me have no job, no greencard, no house, no kids and it is very difficult for us to find a job. postdoc is not a job.And we are all around 30's.

You are better than some of the chinese students. Take it easy. At least, you have another choice.

刚开始什么都没有的时候就是什么都难：上学没钱，工作难找，没工作就没车没房子没钱。所以一步步都要很卖力。

等有工作有经验有钱的时候，什么都容易多了：找工作也好找，钱也越多越好挣。

别太悲观. 往好处看: 我没到三十, 有份工作, 还有个可以依靠的LG. 如果想留在现在公司办绿卡, 嘿, 好啊, 公司要和我签合同, 我都不用担心申请绿卡时公司不要我了. 多稳定, 干脆这段时间把孩子生了吧. 得和BOSS谈, 60小时工作太长了, 也不合理, 我也得学会怎么控制自己的工作LOAD. (这个LOAD太多有时是自己找的. ) 若甘年后我孩子也一岁多了, 绿卡也有了, 几年的工作经验, 嘿, 该CAREER腾飞的时候了. 去JOB MARKET转一圈, 大把高薪的工作.  

我觉得mm比我好多了。我还没找到可以办绿卡的地儿呢.
