1. 花店is also a business! I suppose if you run it effectively you can make some money, just like any other business.

2. interaction would more than that conversation--

you can observe them, guess their profession, rich or not, happy or not. you can talk to them about whatever...

but I have to admit, I realize I can't have this as my only job. can't just talk without actually doing anything...Oh, you can arrange the flowers and read books about gardening etc at the same time...but I still have to say after a while I would be bored.

LG情人节问要不要买花，我说不必专门去挨宰了，他就很高兴的上班了。：）

同学们买花的时候难道真有人跟你们这么啰嗦吗？怎么我每次都是就那么两句就完事了，最多加一句要不要‘wrap'.

1. 对，搞成Walmart那样就有得赚，不过就没啥情趣可言了。

说道哈根打死，这个可真是甜而腻啊。当年在国内也充小资叫嚣过一阵，没觉得这么甜；到了这边，每次有讲究情趣的朋友建议哈根打死，我就特别不好意思地建议换成大众化的Edy's. Edy's 有一种cookie加cherry的，我原来老买。后来LD开始发福，我们就不怎么吃了。其实挺好笑的，哈根打死就是一美国本土的产品，起了个名字加上两小点就算是欧化了，还能卖的比别人贵好多，真是不错的biz idea.

Starbucks是我比较佩服的biz idea，其实没准也有点参照欧洲街边小馆的意思。不过他的咖啡糊味太重了，我更喜欢smooth & strong类型的乐。不过咖啡这个东西非常有害健康，正在戒。

中国现在的主要消费群体还不是平民大众，所以搞点煽情也是市场需要。什么时候种地的只占人口1/4了，就主打Walmart牌了。
