前几天求护理头皮的方子，因为头皮太油，想调理一下

版主建议我去看favorite的文章

于是研究了半天，在natural touch上买了四种精油

拿到那天晚上，我就迫不及待的试了试，按照favorite的按摩油方子，50ml基地油加20d精油

于是我调了，18ml的橄榄油+3d rosemary+2d 佛手柑+1滴雪松

然后按摩了二十分钟，戴上头罩保留了1个小时，然后洗干净

第二天头发看来挺柔顺的，可我头晕晕的，晕乎了一整天阿，我这个浓度是不是太大了？

可我是按照favorite的方子来的啊，还请大大们指教阿

对了，还有个问题，我买了，雪松，rosemary,佛手柑，快乐鼠尾草

这个快乐鼠尾草跟哪个配比较好呢？

初学者最好从低剂量开始.  这一次过总共把6滴香精油往头皮(这么小的面积）揉进去，是有点冒险啦.

能不能说说瓶子上标明的拉丁植物名称？原产地？少了这些资料，牛牛们无法提供各自的

佛手柑（FCF）：Latin Name: Citrus bergamia, species of the rutaceae family.

Our outstanding Bergamot essential oil is obtained by cold expression of the peel of nearly ripe Sicilian fruits. Sicilian Bergamot is regarded as being of higher quality than Ivory Coast Bergamot

Rosemary：Latin Name: Rosmarinus officinalis species. Natural Touch Aromatherapy's Rosemary essential oil is distilled from the fresh flowering tops of Spanish rosemary shrubs.

clay sage: Latin Name: Salvia sclarea species.The herbs are grown in the foothills of the Alps in southern France and the oil is pale yellow in colour, with a deep, herbaceous aroma.

Cedarwood:  Latin Name: Cedrus atlantica species of the pinaceae family. Atlas Cedarwood is preferred in aromatherapy over Virginian and Texas types (Atlas type confirmed by GLC)

对了，我还想按照favorite的方子，和cider vinegar 配个tonic呢，还没敢动手。。

我用rosemary and ginger调肌肉酸痛按摩油，出现心悸现象，可能也是血压变化的关系，吓得我再不敢用那个剂量了。

就只单用Cedrus atlantica 5滴加入50 毫升的生发水（任何牌子），massage after shampoo

每天洗头是生活习惯, 不必可以改变.  油性皮肤 ~ 养成多喝水的习惯就可以改善了

这也是可取的方子，成功的例子也不少.  只不过按个人的状况，由低剂量开始使用，细心观察一段时期再来调整剂量

很有可能. 在还没拿涅好香精油的个别功效和调配组合之后的功效之前别这么冒险！
