到底如何网购av-at花水？我都下了N次单了，还是不行。

记得版上jms说过，order完，他们会和我email联系，可是我下单都一周了，而且最近重复下单，并且告诉他我只是要一份，但是一直没人联系我。也单独给他们写信了，还是没人理我。

是不是因为我没有直接在网上用信用卡pay，上次听版上jms说先不要pay，他们会联系下单人的，所以我只order了，但是没有pay。

I ordered over the phone since I got a problem in the online order process. They told me they will send me emails, but they never did. But when I called, they told me they have shipped the order, though I have not got it yet.
