看了很多帖子，多半是关于WEDDING DRESS，JMM能说说都选什么样的RECEPTION DRESS么？是要在买婚纱的地方买么？什么款式比较恰当？实在无从下手，请有经验的JMM指教。多谢了！另外，我在BOSTON，有什么LOCAL STORE可以推荐么？会是中西式婚礼。

doesn't it just depend on your own preferrence?  If you want to be traditional, have a qipao- styles at www.goodorient.com are more modern.  How many dresses do you want to change into?  If you want a ball gown, I would go to stores like Macy's rather than bridal shops because anything labeled with "wedding" tend to be more expensive.  I am only going to have a qipao in addition to wedding gown.  Just remember, the more dresses you change into, the less time you have to relax and enjoy the wedding itself...

I think I will only have one dress -- my wedding gown during the ceremoney and reception.  I was thinking about more dresses, but will it be too wasteful to pay for the wedding gown only for half hour for the ceremony. I may have a regular dress to change at the end of reception if I change my mind (or the gown is getting in the way).  also it is easier to go home with regular dress.
