请问办过beach wedding的姐妹们

有个beach wedding 的question. 我只想要个小的ceremony,10多个人的那种。如果不去特别 fancy 的beach resort, 有没有可能在公共海滩上举行婚礼，比如租个小pier或者beach shelter什么的。
