请姐妹们帮我看下，如果我driver license 这周办不出来，还可以怎么办。我有passport, 还需要一个id，我也没有birth certificate, 没有绿卡。我看合适的就只有 Life insurance policy? 请问这向谁要呢？公司的hr， 还是直接联系保险公司？

One form of ID if submitting one of the following:
State drivers license
State identification
U.S. passport
U.S. Armed Forces identification card

- OR -

Any combination of two of these forms of ID:
Certified copy of Birth Certificate (English translations required for foreign certificates must be notarized)
U.S. naturalization certificate
U.S. resident alien card
Life insurance policy (at least 1 year old)
Foreign passport
Baptismal record (date of birth must appear)
Consulate identification card (matricula)

你们公司管life insurance吗，一般都是只有health吧。赶紧把driver's license办出来吧

两者是or的关系，你有passport别的什么都不用了。。。。
