we wanna buy the ring on line just bocoz we wanna save money. so I wanna make sure that the online price plus the resetting fee would still be less than that of buying one from a local store.

we are poor students and our budget is around 1k$, so hundreds bucks for resetting the size would mean relatviely a lot for us.
