what's your background?

I know most acturial job requires residency. If that's not a problem for you, you can try to take one or two acturial exams. That will make it easy to enter the industry.

If you have a master degree i statistics, that would be enough to get a job.

yeah, from what I have heard, green card is necessary. But it may not be all the case.
