Has anyone been to http://www.toastmasters.org/ and join a local club? Does it helpful? I am thinking to join it. But not sure how effective it will be? I am appreciated if anyone can give me an idea.

I want to focus on my speaking too. That's why I plan to join a local club with toastmaster.org. I thought I can get more chances speaking with native American in the club. Maybe I should hold back my plan.
