And even then, those were 20 minutes per session, that was all I did those 5 days and it was tough! It’s all about the intensity! Not about going through the motions. Ensure you aren’t doing HIIT for the sake of it as sometimes you can give it more if completed less often. Proper high intensity sessions should completely leave you feeling like you can’t give it anymore per set! ”
