先说个我熟悉的吧

NYSC－现在是join for $20.06...monthly rate 最便宜的membership大概是80$, 就是home club 可以anytime的用，

其他location要off peak.

我用了两年了，觉得是纽约信价比最高的了。最大的好处是location很多，有些大的location设施很全， squash court,swimming poor 。。。而且课程比较多，我个人比较喜欢ballet，dance，还有cycling。

locker room里面sauna, steam room, towel, blow-dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion 都有。

有one-week trial membership...

去年冬天，忽然想试试其他的sports club,就把NYSC这个membership freeze起来，于是偶试了如下这些

Crunch－－年轻人比较多，我去的是在Queenboro Br那个，在地下室。还比较大，还有个室内的攀岩。

http://www.crunch.com/ 看网站觉得做的比较活泼。。。而且比NYSC便宜，大概也是70来块一个月，不过是 month by month. 当时我还决定改投奔Crunch，可是那天我去洗澡，冰冷的水。。。于是放弃

Bally total fitness－－外面看还行，去了两家：grand central 和五十几街的一个。。。差。。。

towel都没有，1块钱一条。。。我买了一条，巴掌大。blow－dryer也没有。。。

Lucille Roberts Fitness－－呵呵，你要是男的，这个恐怕不适合。

我对她印象也不好，本来是看中我家附近就有一个，结果去了两次都关门。。

Synergy －－这个印象更不好，按照它website上的location去了两家，居然都关门易主了。不过据说很便宜

equinox fitness club －－这个不错，打算有钱了要试试这个。偶老板从前去了，说什么都好除了贵。。。偶心想他都嫌贵，那偶就。。。主要是没有free trial，不然偶就去试试了。课程安排我也喜欢。http://www.equinoxfitness.com/

刚刚查了一下，好像可以要求一个free trial. 偶打算去试试了。。。

I went to NYSC at 59th st & park ave this morning (with free one week trial coupon [em08] ). it is good. not crowded. thank you!

there is no swimming pool in that club. and there is no comb provided. not mouth rinse either. will try try somewhere else next week.

btw, someone in midtown area wants to work out together? we can grab each other. I always get lazy after several days.
