I am using Winsor Pilate, the one have a lot of informercial on TV.
Have not used others, so do not know the comparison. I think it is not bad.
I'm using this pick-your-spot pilates, it contains10min belly + 10min thighs + 10min butt + 10min total body, and normally I do the thighs set twice 'cause that's my problem zone...
I'm thinking about this one...It seems good, anybody tried this before?
