OUR MOST IMPORTANT FORMULA
Weight in Lbs. x 4.3= X
Height in inches x 4.3 = Y
X + Y+ 655= Z
Age x 4.7 = Q
Z-Q= RMR (Resting Metabolic Rate)
For your metabolic rate to be meaningful, you need to factor in activity level:
1.2 Sedentary
1.4 Average Activity Level
1.6 Extreme Activity Level
RMR x (activity level) =Number of Calories needed to maintain your current weight
一点一点敲上来得呢,要有点奖励就好呢
刚才有看lurenyi GG提供得三个calories calculator,觉得偏高,这个呢,其实有偏低了一点,个人觉得,但是相对还比较realistic,大家一起来算算自己需要多少吧?
