Week 1:
8/30: Tues. Gym "Step&Bound" 1hr; BBBBBBBBBut, had a lot of food after the Gym.
8/31: Weds.Gym "Bootcamp" 1hr; do not remember what I ate for dinner, but for sure it was not a "guilty" dinner.
9/1: Thur. Gym: "Circuit" 1hr; (that class is so-so, they changed the instructor somhow). forget what for dinner.
9/2: Fri. It's Friday night, of course no Gym, no Yoga, no food control. Maybe I need to change this?!
9/3; Sat. No gym; No Yoga; eat lots of pistachios (around 600 calories a~~~ shame on myself~~~)
9/4; Sun. No Gym;Yoga 30 min; not so productive regarding weight loss.
Summary for this week: not as good as I expected(seems lost 0.5 pound). But not so bad neither. Since I knew this "Skinny Jeans" activity only today, which is 9/4/05, so this past week's dairy is basiclly a retrospective one, therefore it is very simple and short. From tomorrow, hopefully, this weight-control dairy will be more like a dairy.

week 2:
words at the beginning of the week: This will be a hard week for weight loss, because my annoying "best friend" will come. So, during the period, for me, the best is to control dinner, and limit the exercise to streching and easy Yoga.
9/5; Mon. First day of "best friend". Wake-up weight: 112.5 plb.
Brunch: chicken soup & 2 apple;
Dinner: Duck foot soup(w/ tomatoes, patatoes, carrots, onions); 1 big hazelnut chocolate, and a bag of swiss biscuit, and a plate of grape, and of course, the pistachios. Shameful aaaaaa~~~
Excercise: Walking around for a full-day shopping???
9/6; Tus. Breakfast: left-over Duck foot soup; 1 apple;
Lunch: Sandwich(meatballs, and sausage); a can of coke;
Dinner: watermelon (quite a lot); 1 apple; Pistachios(maybe I really should seriously not buy it again. I love this nut ssssssso much that everytime I bought it, I want to eat all of them immediatly. This is another sign for my lack of seft-control.)
Excercise: None.
9/7; Wed. Breakfast: coffee w/ milk, a mini bagel, and one apple.
Lunch: fish w/ pickled vegetable; rice.
Dinner: the left-over of the lunch. And a lllllllllllllllot of water (i felt maybe I had a cold, therefore i drinked a lot of water, and went to bed 1hr after having dinner. it's a day of fat accumulation for sure!)
Exercise: None.
9/8; Thr.Breakfast: no time for a real breakfast, so, biscuit instead. Calories: 200
Lunch: Kungbao Chicken w/ rice. a llllllllllllot!!!!!!!!!!
Dinner: because of the big lunch and busy work, so do not feel (both emotionally and physically) that i want eat. Therefore, only watermelon for the dinner.
Excercise: pilates 50min.
9/9; Fri. Breakfast: biscuit again. Calories: 130
Lunch: beef&cheese Hamberg; French Fries. (it's really not a plesant day on work today, busy, and also messy. Need to control my temper... think broader and further... look into the future... )
Dinner: Salmon steak & meshed patatoes.
Excercise: None, aggggggggain?!
9/10; Sat. Brunch: Mexican food. we ordered a Chicken soup. There'are only one chicken wing and one chicken leg in the soup, but they're inside a big bowl with lots of water. It looked so ironic, like the plate-washing water with left-over meat.
Snack/Dinner: ice-cream, chocolate, watermelon.
9/11; Sun. Brunch: 2 Eggs, 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of grapes, 1 cup of coffee.
Snack/Dinner: 1 big turkey leg, 1 bag of roated nuts, 1 sandwich, 1 apple, 2 cups of grapes.
words at the end of the week: Emotionally and physically, I was weak this past week. I felt lost in several things. so, there was several nights, i just spoiled myself on eating, subconciously try to distract myself from thinking. It might happen again next week, i need to be stronger to face the problem, and to solve the problem. Never escape, it's not the right way.

week 3:
words at the beginning of the week: havn't been to Gym for a whole week last week, now I'm so desperate to be there. wake-up weight for the 1st day of week 3 is 111plb (mostly because of the dinner control on Saterday and Sunday, so it might not be stable, need to go to gym to shed off the real fat).
9/12; Mon. Breakfast: one apple only. (wake up too late, no time for breakfast).
Lunch: chicken salad;
dinner: 2 apple. Watermelon. one small muffin.
Gym: Cycling 50 min.

9/13/05 Tues.(wake-up weight: 111)
Breakfast: 1 apple; 1 glass of milk, 2 serving size of chocolate;
Lunch: Broccolli, eel, rice, 1 apple
Dinner: watermelon, 3 servings of chocolate, 1 apple;
Gym: None, late for the favorite class.

9/14/05 Wed
Beakfast: 1 samll muffin, 2 cups of coffee, 2 apple
Lunch: Rice, broccolli, eel; 1 apple
Dinner: Yogurt w/ honey; grape, a lot.
Gym: trendmill(fastwalking 15min), BootCamp(50min).
Summary: want/need lots of workout today...

Breakfast: left-over chicken breast, and some rice soup.
Lunch: 1 chicken wrap, 1 smoked fish wrap, some salad.
3pm: new student reception. Drinked some wine, and had some chicken
Dinner: cooked kungbao chicken w/ patato. (my newly-created version, not bad though). Eat a lllllllot. And in order to reduce the fat accumulation, I did not went to bed until 3am. Guilty aaaaaaa

I am in Gold's gym right now, it is pretty good.
When I say "took back all my stuff", that actually refer bringing back stuff from ex-bf's home, not that i quit the gym. I wrote it down breifly here in my excercise dairy, so that later when I review the dairy, I'll be reminded why I did not go to gym that day. Sorry that I did not explain it clearly.
