决定纪录饮食日记
7AM: 1 slice of multi-grain bread (100 kcal) + 1 tbsp peanut butter (90
kcal) + 1 slice of lettude ( <5 kcal) = 200 kcal



8AM: 1 medium size baked sweet potato (100 kcal)



oops...the sweet potato makes me soooo fulll



300 kcal so far.

11AM : plum (50 kcal)

12AM: lunch dumplings (300 kcal) + carrorts (10 kcal) + 2 chinese plain cookies (40 kcal)



700 kcal so far

yesterday afternoon:



2PM 1 small green apple: 50 kcal

3PM: 4 cookies : 120kcal



4PM 1 popsicle : 70 kcal



6-7 workout



8PM dinner: a little vege & meat 300 kcal



2 tbsp ice cream: 30 kcal



total: 570



grand total: 700 + 570 = 1270



not bad. but the problem is that the afternoon & evening seemed too heavy. heheh

9 AM 1 plum
40kcal



total: 200 kcal in the morning



lunch will go get Thai spicy eggplant...heheh..probable 450 to 500 kcal [em01] we will see

hehe..ok! thanks. too busy at work yesterday. I'll make up.



continued...



yesterday Lunch: spicy eggplant. did not eat rice. only the stir fry
eggplant + tofu + some other veges..etc. around 350 - 450 kcals i
think.



In the afternoon, another 2/3 of a medium size sweet potato 80-100kcal



Dinner: had a potluck party yesterday so I had:



6 small fried dumplings (350 kcal) 3 no rice sushi (100 kcal the
most) 1 bite of sponge cake (30kcal) a little salad without dressing 30
kcal 2 boiled shrimps (20 kcal) heheh..that's it.



After dinner, we had half an hour fast dancing (hustle & swing). heheh..



Then at 8PM, i had half peach. (30kcal).



grand total yesterday:



1256 kcal maximum. heheh...

7AM: 1 slice of multigrain bread + peanut butter ( 200kcal)

7:30AM: 2 inches long baked sweet potato (40 kcal)

9 AM: 1 small peach (60kcal)

10AM: 2.5 pieces of cracker (60kcal)



so far it's 360 kcal. wont eat any more before lunch.



heheh...and will play tennis this evening!! so exciting!! [em08]

too much carbs in the morning. even tho calorie wise it sounds okay. I should cut a little bit of the carb. hehehhh

Aug 1st



7AM: half corn (50 kcal)

7:30AM: half raisins bread (cake) (150 kcal) and 1 inch curry pork pastry (100 kcal)



8:10AM: 1 cup of coffee with 2 tsp creamer (30 kcal)



total: 330 kcal so far
