我也开始记日记

这个礼拜买了好多糕点,后悔ing


早餐:一个香蕉,几口豆浆,一个苹果,一个牛角包(好多[em14]


午餐准备带:一个香蕉,一个苹果,一个纸包蛋糕



晚餐在外面买了chinese food,每次吃完都会很口渴,狂喝水


晚上去gym,20分钟脚踏车,一个小时cross-trainer,消耗720卡~~~


又想喝水……

早上一杯豆浆,一根香蕉,蛋糕拿出来忘了吃……


中午先吃了一根香蕉一个苹果,后来又吃了买的盒饭……


晚饭吃了好多pizza,汗


晚上照样一个小时cross trainer,20分钟脚踏车

Some suggestions:


1. Too much sweets, like 一个牛角包, 一个纸包蛋糕. 好多pizza, etc. These foods have too much added sugars and very finely processed (meaning your blood sugar level will spike easily), recommend replacing with whole wheat breads, or some nuts (but becareful with the portion size, 'cause nuts are high in calories for even a small portion).


3. Restaurant take out foods are usually high in sodium, not very healthy.
