决定买TREADMILL了

俺太懒了，估计买了GYM得PASS 也不会去的。作了点RESEARCH，决定买500-1000之间的。TREADMILL太便宜的对腿的CUSHION不好很伤身体。商用的得要2，3千就太过了，万一以后用得不多太不划算。

综合个方面的因素，觉得买TREADMILL DOCTOR上面推荐的这个价格范围内的BESTBUY：EPIC的T60。在COSTCO卖的，$899。

TREADMILL主要看几个方面，MOTOR 是其中最重要的方面之一。T60的MOTOR 有超长的WARRANTY说明应该是不错的。不好的地方是其他的PARTS质量可能一般。不过在这个价格内算是很不错了。

Not that I don't want to exercise, but if I have to go to gym to maybe just run or jog for 30 minutes, it's too much hassle. While with TM, if I get 10 minutes afte lunch, I can take that time and exercise. And I work from home, so that would work out great for me.

oh, forget to mention, I thought of a great great idea. That is to combine 2 things together when running/jogging on TM: watching HK TV series which I love but don't have extra time to do.

So when I'm addicted to the TC sries, I have great motivation to walk/jog. Hehe, isn't that a great idea?!

You can read Maz or even papers while you are doing exercises at Gym too.

I can't do that when I jog or run, right. I can watch TV too in gym but can't watch what' I really want to watch, HK TV series. While if I watch too much at home, LG will criticize me. So now if I exercise and watch those, LG can't complain, hahaha! [em08]

我就买了一个便宜的，放在公寓里，锻炼是一阵一阵的。不过，总比从来不锻炼要好。特别是想看电视，老公不给看的时候，我就上马锻炼 [em08]
