下腹锻炼起来比较难,但减少食量,特别是中午那顿,饭后多走走,效果还是明显的

饭后走一走据说是很有效的。以前凤凰卫视那个可爱的主持人就介绍过这个经验,后来好像那个节目所有的制作人员都身体力行了:)

The heart rate depends on your age. When you age, your max heart rate drops but never does your min rate. I wonder how you measured your heart rate? By counting your pulse? Nah.... that's so off. If you get a heart rate monitor, you will know your true heart rate. I can get to 190 easily when I run at speed of 8mile/hour. when you get fitter, you will have to work harder to get to 85-95% of your max heart rate, which is what you strive for.

That is too much, this way you will strive yourself but you are not doing areobic,

need to keep your heart rate within the range of 60%~85% to be in the areobic range,

I always bring a heart rate monitor when I am running, to be in the range of areobic, I could only do jogging, but jogging is really good for losing weight. Brisk walking could do too, but I have walk really fast (say 4ml/hr) to keep heart rate around 70%, while if I just do jogging at 4ml/hr, my heart rate would be approaching 80%.
