饭后走一走据说是很有效的。以前凤凰卫视那个可爱的主持人就介绍过这个经验,后来好像那个节目所有的制作人员都身体力行了:)

I always bring a heart rate monitor when I am running, to be in the range of areobic, I could only do jogging, but jogging is really good for losing weight. Brisk walking could do too, but I have walk really fast (say 4ml/hr) to keep heart rate around 70%, while if I just do jogging at 4ml/hr, my heart rate would be approaching 80%.
