9/17 Sat.
Brunch: eel and broccolli and rice;
Dinner; 2 peaches, 2 apples, 2 big shrimps, 2 string of chichen stick;
Exercise: None (house sitting for a friend, far away from gym)
9/18 Sun.
Brunch: Kungbao Chicken w/ rice.
Dinner: perking duck ( lots of oil a...)
Exercise: putting up all of my picture frames? other than that, none.
Words at the end of the week: whole week: gym twice only.
first half of the week, i'm pretty good in paying attention to weight, while the 2nd half of the week, i completly lost control, and even lost the attention to weight control. tttttttttttoo bbbbbbbad. Maybe I need to write it down in my hand, so it will remind me every time I saw my hand. Also, stop paying attention to sth/sb which is not worthy, so I'll have more time to pay attention to sth important, like exercise and food control.
