not good idea
a healthy breakfast is very important for diet, it's easier to lose weight by eating a nice breakfast.You need protein.
REDBULL ENERGY DRINK is not neccessary, 锻炼200卡TREADMILL is not enough, at least 400 Kcal
my plan was to take breakfast and lunch only , and take as normal
then I lost one per week , hehe

Noon:work out 150 calories.Yoga class.its almost a waste of time.I should use that time on aerobic machine.Maybe back to it after I lose weight.

今天下班去买了条JEAN, 去年的裤裤太紧了.去GAP买了条2R的,腰里还有点紧,正好鼓励自己减肥.
我一直不愿意做SITUP,虽然我以前达标可以做一分钟50个以上的.但近两年来就没做过.
今天看了海延MM的锻炼日记,人家的小蛮腰,感情就是SITUP塑造出来的.我也赶紧做了25*4SET.
晚上准备明天中饭时,又吃了几口蔬菜,不算偷吃吧?

I was so hungry before the lunch, so I have to have one snack bar.
noon:vegetable +meat,3small fruits.
workout late 300calories on treadmill, 100 calories on ellipse?
evening:vegatables and eggs,two small fruits, a little piece of chocolate to satisfy my sweet teeth.

谢谢妹妹支持。我现在是用中午吃饭的时间去锻炼,所以不能保证天天去。不过尽量啦。
我下个月夜要去拔智齿,希望不痛阿。

下午:一个SNACK BAR。
今天没时间去GYM.
晚上:同中午。

这个周末过生日,自己去BUFFET吃了一顿,没有锻炼
