Don't buy from them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After reading this post, I bought a BENCH W/ SHOE STORAGE 60"W BLACK LTHR MAPLE from them, and I recieved it with parts damaged. I called them several times, they offered me with $25 coupon or $17 refund, but since the part is the bench top and is not repairable, so I asked for a part replacement. I submitted a part request and no one replied me for 3 days. I had to call again and they told me I had to wait for 90 days to get a replacement of that part. Or I could ship it back. You know that bench is 142 pounds and there are over 30 pieces probably and the original box is already torn apart, and now they asked me to repackage it by myself and send it back. Gosh, I will never buy from them again!
